Tender if marinated - Top round, Bottom round, Full-cut round, Chuck shoulder, Flank/Skirt.

Tender if cooked slowly - Brisket, Blade Roasts, Pot Roasts, and Short ribs.

Packaging is typically vacuum sealed, 20 kg/box, chilled and ready for shipment.
